I experienced with Arlene the Mock Interview, in preparation for an interview, which I had not done in forever. I received feedback on my outfit, my background for the Zoom interview, the better response I could have provided for certain questions, my eye contact (I tend to look away when thinking), and the many ummms I used while answering. All necessary feedback that got me through the first round of interview, that got me a call back for a second that I felt more confident than nervous, which is where I usually find myself. I came across a few of Arlene's recent workplace advice YouTube videos and explored her business coaching website. I thought of her and her Mock Interview prep session as I am back in the job market. I happened to be scheduled for two interviews with two companies in one week and contacted Arlene last minute for interview prep. Arlene was kind enough to squeeze me into her schedule. She was very thorough with her research into the company I was interviewing for, questions tailored to the role, questions structured to allow me to speak about my varied experiences across different role.
