I experienced with Arlene the Mock Interview, in preparation for an interview, which I had not done in forever. I received feedback on my outfit, my background for the Zoom interview, the better response I could have provided for certain questions, my eye contact (I tend to look away when thinking), and the many ummms I used while answering. I came across a few of Arlene's recent workplace advice YouTube videos and explored her business coaching website. I thought of her and her Mock Interview prep session as I am back in the job market. I happened to be scheduled for two interviews with two companies in one week and contacted Arlene last minute for interview prep. Arlene was kind enough to squeeze me into her schedule.
